Sitting with Broken Pieces

Change, disruption, and uncertainty can leave us feeling like the things we’ve built — our plans, roles, or even our sense of self — no longer fit together in the way we expected. In this reflective workshop, we’ll use the metaphor of broken pieces to explore resilience, creativity, and the possibility of renewal.

A Reflective Workshop on Resilience and Renewal

Through guided reflection, storytelling, and creative practice (including working with clay), participants will be invited to slow down, step back from the noise, and consider what might emerge in and through times of fracture. Rather than rushing to “fix” or “move on,” this workshop creates space to sit with what feels unfinished — and to imagine how new forms of strength, leadership, and possibility might take shape.

This experience is especially valuable for teams or individuals navigating transition, change, or uncertainty, and offers a chance to cultivate resilience and authenticity in the midst of challenge.
