How I Work

Coaching sessions are tailored to your goals and can take place online or in-person. I offer a mix of one-on-one sessions, leadership reflection exercises, and tools drawn from my decades of experience as a pastor, coach, spiritual director, and leadership trainer.

In coaching, I don’t give answers—I help you draw out your own. Together, we’ll notice patterns, uncover fresh perspectives, and create pathways forward that align with your deepest values and desired impact.

The coaching space is confidential, non-judgmental, and centered on you. It’s about helping you live and lead with greater freedom, creativity, and wholeness.

Roanna is an amazing coach. She leads with patience and insight, and created a safe and supportive space where I could be vulnerable and share my experiences. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.
